Do I need every service?
No. We agree a focused mix of graphic design, marketing materials, business documents or a combination that suits your business.
How much does support cost?
It depends on the design deliverables, complexity and volume of work. After an initial conversation, you receive a proposal with a monthly fee and clear scope.
Do you offer virtual PA or administration services?
No. DME provides graphic design, business documents and reusable templates. Inbox and diary management, data entry, client follow-ups and general administration are outside the offer. Your team handles the day-to-day use of the materials we create.
Will you publish my social content?
Creation, scheduling, publishing and community management are separate responsibilities. Your plan specifies platforms, content volume and an approval process.
Can I change or stop the plan?
Review dates, scope changes and notice terms are agreed in writing before your plan begins.
